Room rate conditions

Room rates are per room per night inclusive of 2 ABF, 7% VAT, and 10% Service Charged. Surcharge 500 Baht per room per night during X'mas and New year 24 DEC - 02 Jan

Child policy

Children from 4-10 years old sharing room with parents will be charged THB 200/child for breakfast (maximum 2 children/room) Children over 10 year old complusory extra bed. All extra bed is inclusive of breakfast for 1 pax.

Cancellation policy

Regular Rate:
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show will incur the first night charge.

Promotion rate:
This booking is non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given

Early Departure

In case of early check-out or shortening of stay, no refund will be made.
Chcek In: 12 noon
Check Out: 12 noon
Late check out without charge untill 14.00hrs. This service depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check out after 14.00hrs. is 1 nigt charge

Transfer Rate

Pick up service is available from flight arrival 6AM-6PM
Car 500.- per way ( 1-3 pax)
Van 600.- per way ( 1-7 pax)
